Refund policy
The products purchased here are unique and customized. Due to that, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you received an item that is damaged during shipping, please message our Facebook page with details, a picture of your item and your order number within 72 hours of arrival and we will respond quickly to your message. Please inspect your items upon arrival. You have a 30 day warranty on damaged or defective items as long as the damage was not due to misuse of the item. If item is covered by our warranty, you will need to send the item back within 7 days of delivery.
